Twin-Wall Flue Range

We manufacture Twinwall Flues in various designs and specifications to suit a variety of applications.

The simplest form of Twinwall flue is our Econoflue which is suitable for many non-pressurised systems such as natural or forced draught gas appliances where there is no positive pressure at the appliance outlet. This design of flue can also be used on natural draught Oil fired appliances. Our Econoflue can be produced in many combinations of Aluminium and 430, 304 or 316 grades of stainless steels.

We also manufacture Twinwall Flue and Extract ducts to a higher specification which has flanged and gasketed Joints and expansion Bellows for higher temperature or pressurised applications such as Diesel Generators or process ovens etc. Typically this design would have a fully welded liner of 316 grade stainless steel, 75mm high density Rockwool insulation, and an outer casing of Stucco Embossed Aluminium as shown in the following Photographs.

We can also supply Insulated Chimney to BS 4543 Part 1 & 2 in diameters of 125mm, 150, 175 and 200mm internal diameters. This design of chimney can be used on Solid Fuel and Oil applications and is suitable for both commercial and domestic use. It is also available in larger diameters with a different specification.

We also produce flues for condensing appliances in either single or twinwall forms. These generally have a fully welded liner of 316 grade Stainless Steel.
